1. Information we collect

We only collect the information needed to respond to your request or operate our services.

  • Contact & account data: name, email, phone, company, role, and communication preferences.
  • Call & interaction data: dialed numbers, timestamps, caller ID, transfer details, AI assistant transcripts, and support tickets.
  • Message content: information you share with our AI assistant, human team, or SMS/email follow-ups.
  • Device & website data: cookies, IP address, browser metadata, and analytics used to secure the site and diagnose performance.
  • Compliance data: consent records, opt-outs, and documentation confirming we honor communications laws.
2. How we use personal information

Processing relies on consent, contractual necessity, legitimate interests, or legal requirements.

  • Deliver customer care, complete projects, and answer support tickets.
  • Authenticate callers, prevent fraud, and triage conversations.
  • Operate the AI assistant so it can greet callers, route or transfer live calls, and send transactional SMS updates about their inquiry.
  • Monitor call quality, measure responsiveness, and improve the reliability of branded calling experiences.
  • Comply with laws, enforce agreements, and protect the security of our platform.
3. When we share information

We never sell personal data. Disclosures are limited to the partners that keep our services running.

  • Telephony & communication partners: infrastructure providers such as Twilio that route calls, branded caller ID, and SMS. They process caller ID, phone numbers, metadata, and AI routing instructions only to deliver the requested service.
  • Service providers & subprocessors: secure hosting, analytics, ticketing, and security vendors bound by confidentiality agreements.
  • Regulators or legal authorities: when needed to comply with the law or protect the rights, property, or safety of our clients and team.
4. Caller & SMS consent

Outbound touchpoints are transactional and customer-initiated. Callers dial our publicly listed number, request a callback on our website, or interact with us through an existing business relationship.

By initiating contact, callers agree to interact with our AI-powered assistant. The assistant may keep them on the line, transfer the call to a teammate, leave a voicemail, or send limited SMS notifications (such as a missed-call confirmation or reminder that someone is following up). We do not conduct cold calls or marketing blasts.

5. Data retention & security
  • Recordings, transcripts, and SMS threads are kept only as long as necessary to fulfill the related request, then securely deleted or anonymized.
  • Contact details for active customers are reviewed annually and removed when they are no longer needed.
  • We apply layered safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access, logging, and human review of AI assistant activity.
6. Your rights & choices

Depending on your location, you may:

  • Request confirmation that we process your data and receive a copy.
  • Ask us to correct inaccurate records or delete data that is no longer required.
  • Object to or restrict specific processing activities, including AI call handling or SMS notifications.
  • Withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
